We are a world-leading international law firm with a global team of over 5,000 professionals. Our market-leading Corporate Energy and Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Sydney office.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with our market-leading partners and a broader team of specialists across the national practice. You will have the opportunity to work on 'first-in-market' projects and with clients who are at the forefront of the energy transition and private capital in the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support national and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, policy & regulation, and complex commercial contracting in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Work on a range of transactions and projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, energetic, and collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience across M&A, project development, policy and regulation, and complex commercial contracting, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sector.
- An excellent academic record, with the ability to apply technical legal knowledge in a commercial environment.
- First-class attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to comprehend intricate legal matters and manage large-scale transactions.
