About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Front Office Team as a Night Shift Supervisor - Front Office Lead on a Full-Time basis.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports and cross-checking daily transactions for all outlets.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise information to guests.
  • Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests and employees.

Requirements:

  • A good level of computer literacy, specifically in Excel and Opera.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
  • Adaptability and a guest-centric approach.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
