The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry, coupled with extensive knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails. Free pouring cocktail experience is essential, as is the ability to provide exceptional customer service and friendly banter.

We offer a fixed roster with regular hours, ensuring stability and work-life balance. The position involves working 4-5 nights per week, with opportunities for day shifts and potential advancement to management roles.
