Job Title:
Retail Centre Manager

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the shopping centre's performance.Manage tenant relationships, ensuring a positive and productive environment.Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain the centre's appearance and functionality.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including rental income, customer satisfaction, and centre occupancy.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail centre management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of retail property management principles, including finance, budgeting, operations, marketing, and leasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, staff, and external partners.
