Product Management Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing development and delivery of the digital program of work to ensure product planning for a large scale digital transformation of a government agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage stakeholder engagement to understand business goals, metrics and strategy to be incorporated into product planning.
- Engage with design systems to understand the dynamics and goals of users.
- Optimise delivery by identifying and recommending appropriate solutions to complex problems.
- Work with user experience and user research teams to analyse user behaviour and needs.
- Support the roadmap delivery to fulfil the product vision by building and launching product features.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders. As well as the liaison between the business and program team.
- Experience in digital design systems and working with agile sprint perspectives.
- Product Management and Development. Understanding flow from service design, customer experience strategy and product features.
- Understanding end user requirements to ensure the development and implementation of effective CMS system that enhance and streamline user experience.
- Adaptability with new technologies, methodologies and approaches.
