This is a Contract Administrator role supporting project delivery across commercial and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and tender packages effectively.
  • The successful candidate will administer contracts, track variations, EOTs, and progress claims.
  • Support Project Managers with program tracking, cost control, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate compliance, documentation, and reporting procedures regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in using Procore software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • A solid understanding of construction contracts.
  • A degree qualification in Construction Management or a related field is required.

This position requires an organized individual with excellent time management skills to work collaboratively on a 12-month contract.
