IT Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT project coordination specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project coordination, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support stakeholders in clarifying requirements and delivering solutions.
  • Assist with Business Intelligence (BI) report development, SQL queries, and data analysis.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support rollouts.
  • Help train and support end-users with new systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and adopt new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years' experience in IT project coordination or a related field.
  • Organized and detail-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI/reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, estimating software, or construction-related systems is highly valued.
  • Curious, analytical, and committed to ongoing learning.
