
Project Coordinator

The successful Construction Project Coordinator will play a vital role in the delivery of our projects by ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the project scope, schedule, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination across mid to large scale civil projects, with expertise in pavements and road works.
- Coordinate projects in line with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures;
- Daily liaison with clients including attending and contributing to meetings;
- Cost management, monitoring productivities and forecasting costs to complete;
- Assist with financials including monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecasting;
- Evaluate quality procedures and support team members to follow processes;
- Foster good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Experience in project coordination across mid to large scale civil projects;
- Expertise in pavements and road works;
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business (crew to client);
- Basic knowledge and experience with financials, forecasting, procurement and contracts administration functions;
- Ability to think on the spot, have an eye for detail and rise to the challenge of consistently meeting high quality standards.
