Project Coordination Role

This hybrid role requires managing the full lifecycle of security equipment projects, including scoping, procurement, installation, and commissioning of security infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, focusing on electronic and physical security systems
  • Coordinating design, installation, testing, and handover of systems like CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms
  • Working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure compliance and quality
  • Ensuring adherence to OH&S, environmental, and quality management standards
  • Leading project meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Traveling to regional sites as required – KM reimbursement provided

The ideal candidate has experience delivering projects related to security systems/equipment, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in project management tools. Key project coordination skills are crucial for this role, such as effective communication and risk management. We are seeking a skilled coordinator who can work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects from start to finish. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and timelines
  • Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Managing project budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project success
