Food and Beverage Attendant Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for service passionate individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

  • Uphold our service standards, including immediate guest acknowledgement via verbal greeting paired with a warm smile.

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, taking reservations, seating parties and answering general questions about the hotel and the local area.

  • Assist with floor plan and cleanliness requirements prior to meal service, including table setup and clearance.

  • Memorise menus, offer guests educated food pairing suggestions, upsell products and cater for guests with dietary requests.

  • Manage guests' food orders and work with a team of chefs, managers and other food and beverage attendants to ensure guests have a positive experience.

Key Requirements

  • A bright, energetic attitude and current RSA and Food Handlers Certificate.

  • An understanding of wine service, including recommendations, food pairing and precise pouring skills.

  • The ability to handle 3 or more plates at one time with ease.

  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming.

  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts over a seven-day roster.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant.

  • Australian working rights.
