Front of House Staff

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Staff member.

This is a part-time position that will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a welcoming attitude.
  • Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with their orders.
  • Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
  • Professionally resolve guest complaints or issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house role in a restaurant, preferably in an Indian or similar cuisine establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
