- Manage a team of Teachers including their performance, development, and course allocations.
- Contribute to teaching as needed.
- Ensure student progress and outcomes align with regulatory standards.
- Three-year undergraduate degree or higher and postgraduate Teacher of English as a Second Language qualification or equivalent.
- Recognized university undergraduate degree or higher in education or equivalent with TESOL major.
- Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of course design, delivery, and assessment within governance framework.
- Experience in leadership role.
- Current industry experience.
- Cert IV TAE completed.
