Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to oversee the coordination, design, delivery and continuous improvement of our English Language courses that meet industry and learner expectations.

About The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of 15 Teachers, managing their performance, development and course allocations while also contributing to teaching as needed. You will be accountable for student progress and outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A three-year undergraduate degree or higher and a postgraduate or higher Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESOL) qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of course design, delivery and assessment
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Current Industry Experience
