Job Description:

The Department of Parliamentary Services is seeking a highly skilled Executive Contract Professional to join its Property Services Branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering contract management expertise and assistance to achieve desired outcomes across the branch.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the progress and performance of contracts and projects, ensuring all parties meet their obligations, and implementing strategies as required. You will also provide project governance and business support to Branch Executives and Project Managers, while ensuring alignment with project delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of Commonwealth guidelines and legislative frameworks, are also essential.
