About the Account Management Role

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to assume responsibility for managing client relationships and delivering strategic and creative work. As an Account Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.

You will collaborate closely with our Brand, Research and Creative Strategists to develop and execute effective strategic and creative plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS;
  • SCOPING, QUOTING, AND MANAGING COMPLEX BRAND, CREATIVE, PRODUCTION, AND DIGITAL PROJECTS;
  • PROVIDING STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP TO PROJECT TEAMS;
  • IDENTIFYING AND DEVELOPING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN EXISTING ACCOUNTS;
  • REPRESENTING OUR ORGANIZATION IN HIGH-LEVEL CLIENT MEETINGS AND PRESENTATIONS.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years' experience in Account Management within a creative or branding agency (desired);
  • Proven ability to build trust and deliver long-term value across complex accounts;
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with modern PM tools.
