Regulatory Compliance Expertise in Energy Transition

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager - Transmission to join our team at AusNet Services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the compliance function for AusNet's Transmission business, working closely with the Transmission Leadership Team and EGM Transmission. As a trusted advisor, you will support them in managing and monitoring compliance obligations, driving strong compliance performance, and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing AusNet in managing ongoing compliance relationships with regulators, responding to inquiries, queries, and information requests
  • Preparing papers for internal governance and leadership forums on compliance performance and issues
  • Overseeing accurate, clear, and concise compliance advice from the Transmission Compliance team, collaborating with the Legal and Regulation teams as needed
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of compliance obligations, providing training and guidance materials to the Transmission team
  • Reporting to regulators in accordance with their reporting processes and timing requirements, including timely breach reporting
