About the role
This dynamic role involves maintaining an active caseload, including intake, developing and monitoring assessments and case plans, case reviews, safety planning, and providing one-to-one intervention based on family needs. You will establish and maintain connections with relevant support services, ensure supports align with Trauma-Informed, Person-Centred, and Strengths-Based practices, and participate in reference groups and projects.
This position is in partnership with Bundiyarra and will commence in mid to late October. It is a part-time permanent role (.80 FTE) based at our Geraldton service.
About you
You are committed to providing quality support to families and children at risk or presenting with complex issues. You have experience working with diverse cultures and communities and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Additionally, you will have:
- Qualifications within the Community Services Sector (preferred but not required)
- Experience delivering evidence-based, therapeutic interventions and case work within community or health sectors
- Strong administrative, documentation, and case management skills
- Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work autonomously
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
