**Job Role & Responsibilities**

  • Supporting individuals' well-being in their homes and the community at all times.
  • Providing attendant care to meet individual needs, including personal care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Coordinating and conducting programs/activities that help individuals achieve their goals outlined in their Individual Support Plan.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for day-to-day activities within an individual's home or in the community.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in disability care.
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 (as per government regulations).
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
  • A relevant qualification in disability or aged care will be an added advantage.
  • Two professional references from previous employers or supervisors.
