Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must have relevant industry experience and hold a Certificate III in Individual Supports or equivalent qualification. Other essential requirements include:

  • A current DHS or NDIS worker check
  • A valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Manual handling certificates
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent written and communication skills, as well as strong listening abilities

The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and work flexible shifts, including afternoons, mornings, and nights.
