High Security Service Sales Account and Compliance Manager

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Sales Account and Compliance Manager to join our High Security sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our High Security sales growth strategy and service compliance outcomes across all branches.
About the RoleThis is a national role, reporting to the Director Government & Defence. You will work closely with our existing National High Security Installation Compliance Manager, Security BDMs, and Security Service branch managers to develop and establish new business initiatives and relationships to drive business growth and strengthen our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of Security Service compliance for High Security maintenance contracts across all branches (new & existing)
- Supporting sales growth and world-class customer service experience through initiatives focusing on the delivery and customer experience of High Security maintenance
- Maximising the share of wallet across all existing Security Service maintenance contracts through a 'growth mindset'
- Minimum of 5 years within the Australian security industry, including security sales experience
- Ideal certifications in Gallagher (minimum Type1A Hardware and Access Technician), Lenel, Milestone & Genetec
- Tertiary qualifications preferred: Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Advanced Microsoft Skills
