Job OverviewThe Compliance Analytics and Insights Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering compliance reporting to enable executive teams to understand compliance health across the business.This role involves working with a wide range of structured and unstructured data sources, connecting these together and leveraging analytics and AI to identify patterns, predict emerging risks, and support a risk-based approach to compliance.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting and visualisation platforms, as well as an analytical mindset and strong ability to interpret complex data sets.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data reporting across key compliance areas, including Quality Assurance, Complaints, Archer (Risk System), Breaches, and Remediation activities
  • Create thematic reports based on root cause analysis findings, complaints trends, and compliance breaches to identify systemic issues
  • Partner with Technology and Customer teams to design and deliver automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualisation tools that enhance compliance monitoring and executive insights
  • Identify and lead initiatives to uplift data capture, quality and timeliness with the ultimate aim to embed and mature our insights-driven decision making
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting and visualisation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights effectively
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work with data systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Curiosity and ability to think outside the square by understanding both the detail and big picture
