A leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia is looking for a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant in Melbourne.

The successful candidates will benefit from a dedicated onboarding program and tailored learning and development programs to aid progression There is full-time and part-time positions available for Allied Health Qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Occupational or other relevant Allied Health Disciplines As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services predominantly within the Work Cover, TAC, Com Care and Life Insurance schemes Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to achieve a common goal Case management Creating and executing programs to prevent workplace injuries and provide education on workplace safety Supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce Performing diverse assessments, such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, utilising clinical skills to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
