Lifestyle Program Manager

About This Role
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will oversee Person-First Leisure and Lifestyle Programs in our care homes. You will lead a team of recreational activity officers who promote holistic wellbeing through activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly supporting residents to maintain their skills, independence, and mobility while providing respite for families and carers.
- Occasionally performing the duties of a Recreational Activity Officer alongside the team.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and experience caring for the elderly in aged or community care settings. They will possess highly developed organisational and time management skills, problem-solving ability, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
