Lifestyle Program Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Program Developer to join our residential aged care community. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activity programs to enhance the wellbeing of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement specialized activity programs to promote the psychological, social, and physical wellbeing of residents
- Oversee a team of lifestyle officers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of activity programs
- Engage with residents and staff effectively to build strong relationships and understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Previous experience working within an aged care environment (advantage)
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate and able to complete documentation and reports
- Highly organized and empathetic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
