Our primary purpose is to assess and facilitate residents' individual lifestyle needs and preferences, working with residents, families, and employees to achieve quality of life outcomes.

The successful candidate will build genuine relationships with residents and their families, developing and delivering individualized lifestyle programs. This includes overseeing documentation requirements, maintaining activity calendars, coaching, and working closely with the care team involved in delivering lifestyle functions.

  • Certification in Leisure and Health
  • Ability to develop and implement individual and group programs and activities
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication skills, active listening, written and oral
  • Understanding of the aging process and disease progression
  • Genuine interest in engaging with people and ability to encourage others to enjoy their lives to their full capacity
  • Collaborative teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Current Police Check
