Lifestyle Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team in delivering engaging opportunities for residents across three aged care homes at our Macquarie Park campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized lifestyle programs tailored to each resident's preferences, goals, and life experiences
  • Collaborate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to create a diverse leisure and lifestyle program
  • Utilize creative skills and innovation to deliver meaningful and engaging activities, aligned with individual needs and preferences
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents in our communities

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma of Leisure and Health, Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification
  • Prior experience working in the aged care sector is essential
  • Proven leadership experience in aged care or community settings
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of current Aged Care Quality Standards is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Current Driver's license is mandatory
