Job Title: Channel Growth Manager

This is a key role in supporting and delivering the company strategy. The Channel Growth Manager will identify relevant market access strategies, including distributors, fabricators, and installers.

This role requires working closely with stakeholders to prepare and implement sales plans. This includes product launches, promotions, partnerships deployments, and other sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will build relationships with customers within the channel to drive collaboration, gather feedback on customer needs, and advise on forthcoming product developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers within the channel to drive business growth.
  • Gather insights from customers and partners to inform positioning and product strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prepare and implement sales plans.

Performance Metrics:

  • Grow business to achieve defined sales targets and profitability margins.
  • Define KPIs to assess partner performance, including sales volume, share of wallet, new products launches, brand promotion.

Market Research:

  • Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

Training and Support:

  • Support customers within the channel regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of products.

Team Management and Development:

  • Manage and support the activities of Sales Representatives and Business Development Executives to grow business and achieve defined sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent domestic travel and occasional overseas travel will be required.
