We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Morning Concierge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk services to residents and guests, including but not limited to:

  • Providing 5-star customer service
  • Assisting the Building Manager with site maintenance, communication, and resident liaison duties
  • Monitoring building access and ensuring secure key management
  • Performing internal and external patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Completing incident reports and responding to emergencies as needed

A strong emphasis is placed on building rapport with residents, working effectively within a team environment, and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
