**Job Opportunity:** First Impression Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as our primary point of contact for all employees, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. This key role will deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite, providing vital support in access control, meeting room coordination, mail management, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and setups to ensure seamless events.
  • Provide comprehensive reception services, including visitor management and correspondence handling.
  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory to maintain an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations.
  • Act as the key liaison for all catering and event-related queries.
  • Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations.
  • Ensure office safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries, showcasing excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette. They should be an expert multitasker with strong prioritization and scheduling skills, capable of fast learning and genuine eagerness to develop and grow.
