Customer Service Ambassador

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

- Greet customers and deliver a positive first impression
- Assist with customer product inquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Process orders and provide product information and pricing
- Provide quotations and work towards key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels
