As an Intake and Client Pathways Officer, you will play a critical role in managing client intake, handling service requests, and updating client databases. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key link in streamlining services and enhancing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate records
  • Facilitating referrals and supporting program entry
  • Liaising with stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways
  • Assisting with Reception and general admin duties

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who has:

  • A qualification in Administration, Business Management or relevant area, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective client relationships and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to determine priorities, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and independently.
  • Proven office management skills, and advanced computer literacy levels.

Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and hold a current driver's licence, as well as a Working with Vulnerable People Card (ACT) and/or NSW Working with Children Check (role dependant).
