Job Title: Service Solutions Specialist

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to develop and implement service solutions that meet their business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with market awareness of service developments
  • Develop service roadmaps in collaboration with clients
  • Define new capabilities, features, and functions
  • Support business case development and secure funding and approvals from clients

**Service Delivery Operations:**

As a Service Solutions Specialist, you will also be responsible for managing service delivery operations to meet or exceed agreed service outcomes. This includes:

  • Managing service delivery budgets and ensuring timely expense authorization
  • Coordinating with partners and vendors to meet or exceed agreed service outcomes

**Stakeholder Management & Service Adoption:**

Effective stakeholder engagement is critical to the success of this role. You will assist clients with stakeholder engagement by:

  • Capturing and defining business demand and requirements
  • Coordinating the introduction of change and solution acceptance
  • Driving solution adoption across the business

**Requirements for Success:**

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Expert knowledge of product and outsourcing industries, coupled with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
  • Experience implementing and operating successfully in a matrix management environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret operational analysis and trends
  • Successful experience building sustainable business relationships with vendors
  • Extensive understanding of current and future trends in the Service Management market

**Desirable Qualifications:**

A Business or Technical Degree is highly desirable.
