Reporting and Data Insights Professional

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience with data-driven tools. They will produce high-level reports using data analytics in the Tableau Dashboard and other systems.

  • Monitor and ensure all requests are acknowledged and replied to.">
  • Own the Help Desk Initiative (weekly pop-ups for employee education).">
  • Assist with rostering GSA's to conduct weekly Campus Tours.">
  • Create Slack channels and workflows that enhance team efficiency.">
  • Oversee Google and Quip folders, ensuring all documents are in the correct locations.">
  • Ability to create high-level reports and presentations for regional/global scale.">
  • Responsible for weekly auditing and reporting.">
  • SME on all Data Internal Reporting Systems.">
  • Manage the REWS ticketing system queue effectively and efficiently.">
  • Adhering to SLA's designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.">
  • Complete monthly internal and external communication audits on messaging platforms.">
  • Partner with teams to develop and improve the Workplace Experience.">
  • Lead the GSA program and team members by showcasing best practices around global hospitality standards.">
  • Assist with special event programs and hospitality projects, resolving inquiries, issues, or challenges promptly.">
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and business units to ensure business needs are met.">
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment.">
