About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing quantitative research projects from start to finish, uncovering valuable insights that inform programming decisions and drive growth.

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be hands-on in all aspects of project management, including taking briefs, understanding problems, designing research, questionnaire development, quantitative analysis, reporting, presenting findings, and tracking success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quantitative insight projects within a media organisation
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets using tools like Q, SPSS, Excel, Qualtrics
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for business improvement
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quantitative research or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
