Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports that provide insights into pricing, range, and space domains, as well as other key metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing analytical tools and reports to ensure their continuous functionality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve the efficiency of analytical workflows whilst supporting bespoke analytical requests from stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for developing dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
  • Understanding of retail metrics and KPIs with an ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
