About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Acquiring team at Cuscal Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision for our acquiring products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop value propositions that differentiate Cuscal's position in the market as a B2B payments provider.
  • Ensure that product requirements, SLAs, pricing models, and distribution channels are clearly defined and aligned to market needs.
  • Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all forms of regulation, legislation, and/or policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and taking opportunities to enhance the relationship.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in acquiring payments, preferably with experience in delivering SaaS and/or B2B products. You should have a keen sense for outstanding products, be able to advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning, and have a demonstrated track record of problem-solving and lateral thinking.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in acquiring payments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge to engage engineers in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions.
