With offices throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe, North, Central and South America and Africa regions, we are one of a very small number of leading international specialist environmental consultancies.Having just reached our 1000th employee in APAC, there is a key focus to continue organic growth both locally and globally, and we are looking to engage with Talent Acquisition professionals looking to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:As the fourth recruitment specialist in our APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will become an integral part of our wider Global TA group.

In this exciting role, you will provide crucial support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Your day-to-day might include:Drafting job advertisements, posting across various platforms and reviewing/shortlisting applicationsScreening calls with potential candidatesReaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other avenues to drive proactive recruitment in a growth-driven environmentDetailed reference checkingContract drafting and reviewWorking closely with the TA team and hiring managers from the inception of a vacancy through till final offer stageWe are keen on recruiters who love recruiting and see further growth as a Talent Acquisition specialist for their future where we have opportunities for genuine career development.
We have flexibility for this role to be based out of one of our Australian offices with a preference for either Melbourne or Perth.To be successful in this role:You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and love getting things done to a high standard.
You are self-driven and comfortable with processes, whilst still being an excellent people person with a high level of client service.
Ideally, you would possess the following:University qualifications (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Resources, Business/Communications, or a related field.1-3 years' full-service recruitment experience from agency or in-house within the Science or Engineering sector and preferably within a consulting environment.Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.The ability to earn respect and confidence of colleagues and managers and take initiative on tasks and working towards more autonomy within the team.Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of HR Information Systems (we are currently implementing WorkDay – so experience here would be beneficial).
