Rehabilitation Counsellor Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services.

About the Role

This is a contract opportunity for qualified professionals to work with clients experiencing injury, illness or disability.

  • Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised return-to-work plans
  • Provide counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries
  • Liaise with employers, insurers and health professionals
  • Maintain accurate case notes and meet compliance standards
Your Background

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
  • Full registration with relevant professional bodies
  • Considerable experience working in occupational rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
  • Full driver's licence and own vehicle
