This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of large-scale subdivision works from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate plant and labor, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will work closely with project managers and engineers to plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong communication across the team and with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high-quality civil infrastructure outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience working in civil construction
  • A strong understanding of OH&S methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth
