We are seeking an experienced leader to guide our organisation through its next chapter. As Services Manager, you will oversee a team of coordinators and staff across our key service streams: Transport, Social Support, and Meals on Wheels.

  • Provide sound and stable leadership, supporting the dedicated group of coordinators and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Communicate with funding managers and oversee reporting and acquittals.
  • Deliver high-quality services supported by strategic planning.
  • Implement organisational direction into operational plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage organisational budgets and financial accountability.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the community or aged care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and funding requirements within aged care services or similar.
  • Proven ability in strategic and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
