  • Promote operational plans aligned with Board direction, driving organisational success.
  • Manage financial resources effectively, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Promote the organisation across the region, strengthening partnerships and community connections.
  • Oversee workforce development, Work Health & Safety improvements, and HR initiatives to drive organisational excellence.
About You
  • Proven leadership experience in the community or aged care sector, driving transformational change.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, compliance, and funding requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial management and planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, professional, and values-driven workplace culture.
