Job Description- Lead and mentor a team of investigators to conduct balanced, professional investigations in line with government policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities include:
Main Duties- Oversee complex criminal, administrative, and misconduct investigations ensuring compliance with Australian Government requirements.
- Provide specialist advice to the Director on integrity risks and enhance internal governance and integrity processes.
- Foster a strong integrity culture through leadership and continuous improvement of methods and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications include:
Essential Requirements- Extensive experience in investigations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and integrity frameworks.
- Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control and Investigations) or equivalent qualification.
A competitive salary is available for this role, estimated to be around AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about integrity and have a drive to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
