  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Complete daily tasks, including restocking and cleaning, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external vendors, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to responsible service of alcohol practices and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Provide exceptional service to each guest, responding to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Inspect and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Executive Lounge, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Clear and sanitize tables and chairs, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and relations.
  • Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices and procedures.
  • Australian working rights and a valid passport.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects up to 10-15kg.
