Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for 400 employees across 9 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts payable, including processing supplier bills, verifying invoices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures, as well as maintain good internal controls.
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure an effective payroll process.
- Handle and resolve payroll queries timely and effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll process.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive payroll information.
- Minimum 4 years' hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Solid understanding of payroll operations with exposure to Superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax, and work compensation.
- Experience in the use of Netsuite, Excel, Google Suite, Slack.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and the general ledger.
- Two full-time Baristas who will make you coffee, tea and fresh juices.
