Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading strategic brand and product initiatives to bring our lottery brands to life.

You will work closely with the marketing team, stakeholders, and partners to deliver activity that inspires customers and drives commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and strengthen brand health.
  • Oversee iconic campaigns including Saturday Lotto and Weekday Windfall to maximize revenue.
  • Deliver portfolio revenue targets, manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure campaigns contribute to short-term sales and long-term growth.
  • Manage day-to-day expenditure, financial reporting, forecasting, and reforecasting.
  • Shape product strategy, support innovation, and lead projects that grow our brands.
  • Incorporate campaign results, customer research, and market learnings into future initiatives.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and agencies to connect customer insights and deliver effective brand positioning.
  • Mentor and manage a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of marketing experience including senior brand roles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Deep experience leading large-scale advertising and media campaigns including digital and CRM activity.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
