About a Leadership Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic leadership position within our organisation. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading brand and marketing strategies, managing new and existing brand initiatives, overseeing the marketing team, and launching/revitalising new and existing brands.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will report directly to the Director and manage a team comprising a Digital Marketing Manager and a Graphic Designer. This role requires a marketer with strong leadership skills, who can develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across the brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and market impact.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or other related fields, and a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including significant leadership roles in brand management. They should also possess creative and analytical capabilities, preferably in telecommunications or related B2B industries.

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across the brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and market impact;
  • Lead and manage new brand initiatives within the group;
  • Oversee, mentor, and guide the marketing team, currently comprising a Digital Marketing Manager and a Graphic Designer;
  • Evaluate and potentially refresh branding for existing brands within the group;
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions;
  • Manage resource planning for effective marketing across all brands;
  • Work with external agency partners on effective delivery across digital channels;
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, build strategic partnerships and expand market share;
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features); and
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity, your background and skill set must meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or other related fields;
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership roles in brand management;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing brand initiatives (including new brand launches and rebranding projects);
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering organisation-wide brand and marketing plans that generate leads;
  • Previous experience in managing and developing a marketing team;
  • Outstanding communication, strategic planning, and project management skills; and
  • A collaborative, driven and down-to-earth attitude.
