Job Title:

Operational Manager

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to manage the efficient day-to-day running of post settlement and registration teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage adherence to service level agreements to ensure high service levels.
  • Allocate work to the team and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Lead by example, develop a culture of high performance, and motivate the team to exceed productivity targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, reviews, and handle performance management issues.
  • Recruit and develop a team to meet retention and succession goals.
  • Participate in client and management meetings to discuss operational strategies.
  • Ensure the team adheres to risk and compliance frameworks and internal policies.

Team Environment/Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to Effie Turk.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of mortgage processes to make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced financial services environments.
