ServiceNow Application Specialist Role

As a ServiceNow Application Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering scalable solutions that support our business and customer needs. This involves defining solution architecture, designing workflows and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining existing applications and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications
  • Experience with scoped app development, integrations, and platform security and compliance
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, and collaboration across teams
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub
