About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow application development expert to build and maintain scalable solutions that support business needs.

This is a hands-on role working across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
  • Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with scoped app development and integrations.
  • Familiarity with platform security and compliance.
