  • We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable ServiceNow application solutions that support our business and customer needs.

This is a hands-on role working across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, with opportunities to innovate and collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
  • Design workflows, service catalogs, portals, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and performance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with scoped app development and integrations.
  • Familiarity with platform security and compliance.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Sales & Order Management.
  • Hands-on with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub.
  • Familiarity with update sets, ACLs, and security configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
